Introduction

Iterateo (operated by Timlogy) is a tool for exchanging A/B feedback between clients and contractors. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

No user accounts are required to use Iterateo. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics services.

Data We Collect

Files you upload (images, videos, documents) - stored to enable project collaboration.

Comments and messages you post within projects.

IP addresses - logged temporarily for security (spam/abuse prevention).

Email address - only if you voluntarily provide it through the feedback form.

Language and theme preferences - stored locally in your browser (localStorage).

Cookies & Local Storage

We use only essential cookies and localStorage entries for:

• Language preference

• Dark/light theme setting

• Cookie consent status

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.

Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage.

Project data (metadata, messages) is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL).

Projects that are inactive may be automatically deleted after their expiration date.

You can delete your project and all associated data at any time using the project settings.

Third-Party Services

Supabase - database hosting (EU/US regions).

Cloudflare R2 - file storage.

Google Fonts - font delivery (Inter).

No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Security & Administrative Access

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (Supabase, Cloudflare R2).

API endpoints are protected by rate limiting to prevent abuse.

Projects are accessible only via unique, randomly generated URLs that cannot be guessed.

Optional password protection is available for additional security.

Administrative access to project data is limited to the service operator (Timlogy) and is used exclusively for content moderation, abuse prevention, and technical support. We do not browse user projects without cause.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Request deletion of your data

• Restrict processing of your data

• Data portability

Since no accounts are used, most data is tied to project links. Deleting a project removes all associated data.
